With the purchase of a consumption voucher, the following contractual conditions of the organizer are accepted.
There is no entitlement to a seat
There is no entitlement to access to the individual event locations (e.g. due to overcrowding).
At music events, there is a risk of possible damage to hearing and health due to the volume.
The organizer is "Mein Garten Gastronomie GmbH" and the "EDNA Agency UG (limited liability)" together.

a) The organizer is only fully liable for intent and gross negligence (including his legal representatives and vicarious agents) as well as for injury to life, body and health. He is also fully liable for the issuance of guarantees and assurances if a defect covered by this triggers the liability. There is also no limitation in liability arising from dangerous situations (in particular under the Product Liability Act).
b) In the event of any other culpable breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), his remaining liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. In addition, liability - regardless of the legal reason (in particular claims arising from the breach of main and secondary contractual obligations, tort and other tortious liability) - is excluded.
c) The same (exclusions, limitations and exceptions) applies to claims arising from negligence when the contract is concluded.
d) Reimbursement of expenses in the event of one or more event days being canceled is excluded
e) Exclusion or limitation of liability of the organizer also affects his legal representatives and vicarious agents.
Bringing glass containers, cans, plastic canisters, pyrotechnic objects, torches, star throwers as well as weapons and so-called dangerous objects is prohibited. The security service is instructed to carry out a body search if necessary.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for an important reason or to issue a ban on the area
(e.g. in the case of significant drunkenness, aggressiveness, etc.).
Contractual relationships come about through the purchase of the consumption voucher exclusively between the purchaser, the holder of the admission ticket and the hut operator.
If the announced program items for the “Christmas in the Forest” event are canceled, this does not entitle the customer to return the voucher.
The organizer reserves the right to change the program without prior notice.
The entire market is under video surveillance for security reasons.
The organizer is not liable for lost or stolen items.
The purchase of consumption vouchers for the purpose of reselling is generally prohibited.
Young people under the age of 18 must leave the event by midnight.
Young people under the age of 16 without a parent or guardian must leave the event by 10 p.m.
Parents are responsible for their children.
There are open fireplaces and so-called "Swedish stoves" on the event site. Staying in their immediate vicinity involves the risk of burns to body and clothing and is generally at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.
The so-called "lingering huts" or "Christmas log houses" are heated with wood stoves. This can lead to strong heat radiation from the burners and flue gas pipes. The organizer is responsible for adapting the opening times to the weather conditions; the operator reserves the right to close the premises in bad weather.
At the stands and huts of the action craftsmen and showmen, there may be emissions of material parts when processing workpieces. This means that the risk of injury cannot be ruled out. Staying at these stands and huts or in their immediate vicinity is at your own risk.
The extensive use of so-called "natural light sources" is part of the overall concept "Christmas in the forest". This can lead to partial lighting restrictions on the event site and the associated risk of tripping. Visiting the event site after dark is therefore at your own risk.
Allowing individual winter weather effects such as black ice and / or snow is an express part of the overall “Christmas in the forest” concept. Clearance and spreading activities are therefore only planned to a very limited extent for the “Romantic Christmas Market”. An increased risk of tripping and falling cannot be ruled out. Visiting the event site is therefore expressly at your own risk, whatever the weather!
Day tickets lose their validity when leaving the event site.
Bringing animals is only permitted with the express permission of the security staff.
Dogs are to be kept on a leash.
The distribution of flyers and advertising slips as well as advertising for associations, groups, political organizations and sects is prohibited.
The consumption of food and beverages brought along is not permitted on the entire market area.
